Making a deposit has become more convenient for Vectra Bank Colorado Treasury Management clients. The Vectra Bank Colorado REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE mobile application offers remote deposit capture (RDC) functionality, allowing clients to deposit checks made payable to their company directly into company accounts using a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.

This application is specifically designed for business and treasury clients who have received approval from Vectra Bank Colorado. Eligible accounts must be registered in the Vectra Bank Colorado RDC system. End users are required to be authorized by the business or treasury client in order to utilize the mobile application for submitting deposits on their behalf.

The REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE mobile application highlights the following features:

• Supports iPhone iOS 9.3.5 and higher
• Offers a simple and intuitive capture workflow
• Includes a built-in tutorial and practice mode
• Supports multiple depository accounts
• Allows for single and multiple check deposits
• Provides configurable data entry fields (optional feature)
• Enables image capture of remittance documents (optional feature)
• Access to view deposit history and status
• No deposit data is stored locally on the mobile device
• Database encryption for security

Vectra Bank Colorado Treasury Management clients are required to enter into a Treasury Master Services Agreement and request access to the mobile application for authorized end users. Clients must also provide the necessary end user information to their Vectra Bank Colorado Treasury Management representatives to register users in the remote deposit capture system. Upon completing the registration process, users will receive notification to download the application and finalize the enrollment process.

To enroll and begin using this application, an end user must have a compatible mobile device, a U.S. phone number, access to a mobile internet service provider, and agree to the User Agreement terms and conditions. Users should be mindful that message and data rates may apply; it is advisable for clients and users to consult with their service providers regarding potential charges because Vectra Bank Colorado will not be held responsible for these expenses.
